First method: UMIDIGI Z Pro Hard Reset
  1. First of all, Power of the UMIDIGI Z Pro.
  2. Next, Press and hold together: Volume Up + Power button for about 9 seconds.
  3. You should release held keys when the UMIDIGI logo appears on the screen.
  4. Select using Volume buttonswipe data/factory reset“, & confirm that with Power button.
  5. Choose “wipe data/factory reset” from the menu, & accept it with Power key.
  6. accept option “reboot system now” using Power button.
  7. Congratulations! The hard reset has just been achieved.

Second method: UMIDIGI Z Pro Factory Reset

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. scroll down to Advanced settings
  4. Tap Backup and Reset.
  5. Select Factory Data Reset.
  6. Check Reset phone if you would like to erase all the data on the phone internal storage.
  7. confirm the whole operation tapping Reset phone one more time.
  8. Well done! The factory reset has just completed.
