First method: UMIDIGI C2 Hard Reset
  1. First of all, Power of the UMIDIGI C2.
  2. Next, Press and hold together: Volume Up + Power button for about 9 seconds.

  4. Select using Volume buttonswipe data/factory reset“, & confirm that with Power button.
  5. Choose “wipe data/factory reset” from the menu, & accept it with Power key.

Second method: UMIDIGI C2 Factory Reset

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. scroll down to Advanced settings
  4. Tap Backup and Reset.
  5. Select Factory Data Reset.
  6. Check Reset phone if you would like to erase all the data on the phone internal storage.
