How to Install TWRP and Root BlackView A30

Before you begin, it is important to have all the tools at hand. you will need:


Install TWRP Recovery on your BlackView A30

1- ENABLE USB DEBUGGING:

  • Go to SettingsAbout phone
  • Find the Build Number and press 8 times on it
  • Return to the previous screen. You will see that a line has appeared: Developers Options
  • Press and check USB Debugging &  OEM unlocking

2- Run Flash_tool.exe:

3- Click on Download Agent, find and locate the download agent File (it should be in the flash tool folder) and press Open.

4- Click on Scatter-loading, find and locate the Firmware BlackView A30 Scatter File and press Open.

5- Now click on Download button.

6- Connect your BlackView A30:

  • Turn off your device.
  • Remove the battery (if removable)
  • Remove Sim card and SD card to prevent data loss
  • Connect your BlackView A30 to your computer via USB cable.

7-You ‘ll see this info and the flash process automatically starts:

8- The flashing process might take some time to complete.

9- You have successfully Flashed TWRP in your BlackView A30.


Root BlackView A30 Via SuperSU

1 – Copy the UPDATE-SuperSU.Zip file on your internal storage or SD card.

2- Restart your BlackView A30 in Recovery mode:

  • press & hold  the Volume Up + Power button at the same time for a few seconds
  • realize all buttons when Boot Mode appears.
  • Then choose the Recovery mode by using the Volume Up to scroll & Volume Down to confirm.
  • Finally, press Volume Up and Power buttons when the Android Robot image appears.

3- Install and flash  SuperSU :

  • Tab on”Install” and then choose “UPDATE-SuperSU.Zip
  • Press the return key
  • Just press “Reboot” to restart the phone in normal mode.

4 – Now Download & install the apk file  SuperUser

5- Restart your device.

6- Now you have successfully rooted your BlackView A30.


If you want to unroot your Xiaomi device: open SuperSu app click on Full unroot.


Root BlackView A30 Via Magisk

1 – Copy the Magisk.zip file on your internal storage or SD card.

2- Restart your BlackView A30 in Recovery mode:

  • press & hold  the Volume Up + Power button at the same time for a few seconds
  • realize all buttons when Boot Mode appears.
  • Then choose the Recovery mode by using the Volume Up to scroll & Volume Down to confirm.
  • Finally, press Volume Up and Power buttons when the Android Robot image appears.

3- Install and flash Magisk:

  • Choose “Install” in the TWRP recovery and then choose “Magisk.zip
  • Press the return key
  • Just press “Reboot” to restart the phone in normal mode.

4 – Now Download & install the apk file “MagiskManager.apk”

5- Restart your device.

6- Now you have successfully rooted your BlackView A30.
