First method: BLACKVIEW Zeta Hard Reset
  1. First of all, Power of the BLACKVIEW Zeta .
  2. Next, Press and hold together: Volume Up + Power button for about 10 seconds.
  3. You should release held keys when the BLACKVIEW ICON appears on the screen.
  4. Select “wipe data/factory reset” using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
  5. Choose “Yes — delete all user data” to confirm the whole operation.
  6. As soon as the Recovery Mode menu appears again select option “reboot system now.
  7. Congratulations! The hard reset has just been achieved.

Second method: BLACKVIEW Zeta Factory Reset

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Tap Backup and Reset.
  4. Select Factory Data Reset.
