BlackBerry physical keyboard Keyone release
Recently it was announced that the BlackBerry Keyone would be sold from June in several countries. The Keyone has a 4.5-inch screen with below it a complete blackberry physical keyboard. It is, on some other smartphones BlackBerry after, the only device with a QWERTY-keyboard. Other manufacturers choose for years just for touchscreens, but BlackBerry and TCL hope that there is still a need for physical buttons among business users
BlackBerry smartphones are no longer manufactured by the Canadian company itself for some time, but by licensees. For example, the BlackBerry Keyone come from the factories of TCL, the same Chinese company behind include Alcatel. The Keyone was presented earlier this year at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The unit is equipped with a Snapdragon 625 chipset, with eight cores clocked at 2GHz. Also, there is 3GB of memory and 32GB of storage space available. On the back is a 12-megapixel camera. The device is immediately launched with Android 7.1 Nougat and has different security apps from BlackBerry.
The presence of a keypad allows the Keyone slightly more cumbersome than other smartphones (9.4 millimeters). As a result, however, is relatively much room for the battery, which has a capacity of 3500 mAh. This is much bigger than other smartphones with this screen size.
