The lawsuits between Apple and Samsung are back. US judge Lucy Koh wrote a note in which she announced that the two manufacturers will be in court to determine how much Samsung must pay Apple for violating three patents.

A case management meeting will be held on October 25, this Wednesday. Apple and Samsung will each have to file. They will have to find a common date that day in order to have the new trial.

Apple and Samsung are attacking since 2012, when Apple sued the Korean company for the first time. He believed that Samsung stole the iPhone’s design for its own smartphones and violated several of its design patents. Apple has often won but sometimes lost. This was particularly the case last December when the Supreme Court, namely the summit of the judiciary in the United States, ruled in favor of Samsung. The manufacturer had to pay $ 399 million to Apple for patent infringement and fought in the Supreme Court to assert that the violation is false. The Supreme Court then allowed Samsung to defend itself again in US courts.

It will take at least October 25 to learn more and possibly know the date of the trial between Apple and Samsung.
